- Does Aunt Betty Products
contain preservatives? No, only natural ingredients are used to produce these tasty treats. All Aunt Betty
Biscottitm contain wheat, unbleached flour, pure cane sugar, eggs, unsalted sweet cream butter, nuts in some flavors
and natural flavorings.
- How are they packaged? All Aunt Betty Biscottitm are packaged
in a FDA approved bag which contain 2 biscotti of like flavor, heat sealed for freshness and labeled with flavor
and ingredients.
- How many flavors can I order with each box or basket? Each basket must contain at
least 6 biscotti of like flavor.
- How many flavors can I order in a box? Large boxes contain 12 biscotti
of 1 or 2 flavors, Small boxes contain 6 biscotti of like flavor.
- What is the texture of the biscotti?
I have had some that are too hard to bite into. All Aunt Betty's Biscottitm are lighter and easier
to bite into. Their not too hard or not too soft. You don't have to dip in coffee to enjoy.
- How
long do they last? If kept in an air tight container, they last 2-3 weeks. Or just stick them in the freezer
in an airtight container for up to 3 months. You can bring them to room temperature and enjoy. DO NOT MICROWAVE!
- What
if I am allergic to nuts or a particular type of nut? All products may have been produced on equipment that
have contained nuts. However, if you are allergic to almonds, we can replace it with walnuts. Just call us at

- Does the biscotti contain wheat or dairy or other allergens? Yes, biscotti contains unbleached
wheat flour, butter and eggs. The drizzle may contain soy, milk products and sugar. Also, check the description
when ordering flavors with nuts.
- About Gift Basket & Boxes
- How
do I know which container it's in? Container style vary with availability and season. They will either
be of decorative tin or basket weave of either natural or colorful vinyl material and are of similar size. Decorative
Boxes are available with holiday style or plain.
- Are the containers usable? Yes, once the treats
are gone, the container is there to stay. Unless you order a box of biscotti.
- How are gift
baskets wrapped? First, they are nestled in a cushion of crinkled colored shredded paper and decorative
trim, then shrink wrapped for added protection and attractive display.
- Do I have to include a sentiment card?
No.
- How are they packed? All gift baskets and boxes are surrounded with bubble wrap and
boxed with peanuts or other shock resistant material.
- Can I special order? Yes, just call us
at 434 372 2341 for special pricing and special requests.
- How much is shipping? Shipping is
calculated by weight and size. It will total when checking out. We use United Parcel Service or USPS.
- How
long does it take to get there? Ground delivery is available with UPS. UPS guarantees
a delivery date and for regular size packages it usually less than USPS priority mail. USPS Priority Mail does not have
a guaranteed delivery date. You choose.

- How do I order more
than one flavor if my order is one dozen or more?
When you select the Box or Basket that has a dozen or more, you can choose from the drop down display flavor or flavor
combinations of your choice. Have a special request? Just e-mail me and I'll be sure to accomodate you as
long as the minimium is 6 per each flavor. You will be e-mailed a confirmation on your order. We will contact you with
any questions should there appear to be a problem.
