Our Biscotti Story

Aunt Betty's BiscottiTM is a third generation recipe handed down by my Grandma Roselli who began making this authentic Italian treat in Tocco da Casauria, in the province of Pescara, Abruzzo near the Adriatic Coast of Italy in the early 1900's. 

My Aunt Betty enjoyed baking alongside her mother and has shared this delicious recipe with  me.    My Aunt Betty has also shared other traditional Italian Cookie recipes with me and  I will be adding more tasty products for  You to Enjoy!

All Aunt Betty's BiscottiTM products are handmade, and contain only natural, premium ingredients.

Aunt Betty's BiscottiTM are never too hard to bite into and not too soft for dunking in your coffee, tea or hot cocoa.  They're just right & Tutto Bene (Always Good)!
